Inside the chapel, the chancel arch has two orders of shafts and scalloped capitals.

Surviving remains of the fireplace include both jambs with their scalloped capitals and inset shafts.

The south arcade, from about 1210, has circular columns, one still with a trumpet-scalloped capital.

The 12th-century chancel arch has a two-centred head, and the responds have scalloped capitals and moulded bases.

The tower arch is two-centred, with semi-cylindrical responds, having two attached shafts, scalloped capitals and moulded bases.

Inside, the east, north and south tower arches date from about 1130 and have scalloped capitals; the west arch may be later and is taller, and has roll-moulding and other intricate decoration.
